Biography

I was born in Detroit, Michigan and grew up in the surrounding suburbs. I attended the University of Detroit Mercy, where I completed a B.S. in biology in 2018. I went straight to medical school after, and attended Wayne State University School of Medicine. Most recently I completed a transitional year in Livonia, then came back to Detroit to start PM&R residency at RIM!

As a medical student I had the chance to rotate at RIM and I learned so much and saw a myriad of diverse and complex cases. I also couldn’t help but notice how welcoming and friendly the staff and residents were- everyone was supportive and always willing to help. Ultimately this led me to choosing RIM and I’m very grateful to be here. Currently I am interested in general rehab, but I am open minded to considering other options as I continue my training here.

Outside of medicine, I enjoy reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
